Just For FUN!

I just wanted to share a layout I did a couple days ago.
I used a few photos that I shared with you last week of
my sweet yet very silly little boy running around our yard
wearing his sister's swim team goggles all cockeyed on his
head. Those pics make me laugh everytime I see them so
I just couldn't resist scrapping them ASAP.
I used the Paper Doll Collection from Crate Paper and
added some accents from Colorbok and Moxxie to finish
it all off. I also fell onto the banner wagon and did my very
first banner on a layout and I have to say that it's really
cute and I have more banners in my future, I'm sure.

The colors here remind me so much of Spring/Summer
and the sun is shining outside and I just can't wait to get
my hands in the dirt and start planting for this summer.
I probably still have to wait about another month before
the morning frost won't kill all of my plantings but I've
already started my spring collection of flower boxes, planters
and other yard accessories just because the anticipation
was going to kill me if I didn't do something!

Also, I believe that this is my 92nd post and I will be doing

a BIG MOXXIE GIVEAWAY on my 100th post so make sure

you check back for a chance to WIN some of my

favorite MOXXIE products!!

Have a wonderful Wednesday and thanks for looking!

Busy, Busy, Busy!!!

Ok, I've been super busy the past week taking on new projects
but hopefully since this week is my kids spring break I will get
plenty of time to work...we'll see! I volunteered to help out with
my daughter's middle school play which is 'Beauty and the Beast'
this year and I was asked to make the costume for Cogsworth
the clock....YIKES!! I have pictures and ideas on how I'm going
to put it all together so hopefully the costume turns out the same
way that I'm picturing it in my mind and all will be fine. Also, I
was asked to design and paint the front of Belle's cottage and also
the interior of the library in Beast's castle that he gives to Belle...
totally and completey daunting and a little scary but I keep telling
myself everything will turn out just fine.

Anyway, the past week was super rainy and I finished up some
projects for MOXXIE that I'd like to share. These layouts were
done with the new lines which were tons of fun to work with and
I have found sooooo many uses for the new CHILLIN' OUT line
and it is my absolute favorite to use right now...super fun!!!

...and a layout using the new East Meets West

Thanks for looking everyone and have a fabulous week!

Happy Saturday everyone!
It's absolutely warm and gorgeous here in central Indiana.
I just wanted to quickly share a layout that I put together
yesterday using Crate Paper patterned papers, chipboard,
and cardstock stickers. This line was so fun to use and just
perfect for my daughter's shopping trip with her friends
for her 13th birthday. 13....crazy to me that I have a
teenager and it sounds nuts everytime I say it!

Thanks for peeking and have a great weekend!!

My Little Man

My little guy crashed in the car today while driving around
with me running errands and he was just so cute that I had
to share the pics...it's not very often that he sleeps in the car
(I know, totally not normal for a kid) especially while I open
his door and snap pictures of him. Must have been that
fresh air and sunshine that we haven't seen in soooo long!!

Then after we arrived back at home I let him play out in the
yard for a little while and he found his older sissy Becca's
swim team goggles (GaaaGo's in Carter language) and just
had to wear them like he always does everytime he spots them.
LOVE IT! --- such a fun age!

I hope everyone's day is as sunshiney as mine is here!!

My AWESOME scrapbook finds!!!

Sometimes it's a dud and sometimes I walk out completely
thrilled with my awesome deals...today I was THRILLED!!!
I walked into Big Lots today just because I happened to be
driving by while running a few errands and I was so happy
when I walked out with an entire bag of scrappy items for
$10 BUCKS!!!
Can you believe all of these goodies for ten dollars?
They even had THICKERS for only $2...
I'm still amazed. That short little trip made my day.
Now, I'm off to hopefully use my new goodies...
as long as Carter lets me...we'll see.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!! GO GREEN!

Some Fun Easter Cards!

I just wanted to quickly share a few Easter cards that
I created today while my little one danced around the
room (he's only 18 months) trying to sing GO! DIEGO, GO!
It sounded like a lot of jiberish but it was pretty stinkin'
cute just the same. These cards were made from the new
Easter line from MOXXIE, just the same as the layout I
posted yesterday. Like I said before, the photos really
don't do it justice...you must see it in person to appreciate
the gorgeous vibrant colors of this line!!!

Thanks for looking,

New Easter line from MOXXIE!

This line from MOXXIE is sooooo cute and the pictures just don't do it justice!
In person these paper colors are incredibly vibrant and fun to
work with and gave me the perfect opportunity to scrap some
pics of my girls from a few years back when we headed down
to visit their grandparents on Easter...and what's Easter at
grandma and grandpa's house without an Easter Egg Hunt?!!

Keep checking back for more layouts showcasing Moxxie's newest products!!!

Thanks for peeking,
-Sarah
