My Favorite Baby Picture

This is my favorite picture of Carter right now.

I'm sure my favorites will be changing as fast as

he is, but for now this is it. Carter was two weeks

in this picture and I just love it. It shows how much

more alert and aware he is already becoming. He

stays awake during the day significantly more

than he was his first few days, will follow the

direction of someone's voice, and has been

getting quite a bit more active with his hand and

leg movements. I know he is only 3 weeks old now,

but WOW how fast time goes. I'm definitely trying

to enjoy every single second of these newborn days...

even when I'm up with him at 2 in the morning!
